but I suspect I have heard it before
and I don't want you to take offence
at my pansy leftist reference
but aren't you rather like Auden
in that bar on 52nd street
before he learned the wisdom
of his ways.
I have no love for the wickedness
of this government
but I do ask you to think
and not to blame
